Anti-Cyberbullying Campaign - A SchoolAid Initiative

SchoolAid, in partnership with the Vodafone Foundation, has launched an anti-cyberbullying campaign that has been developed in the spirit of kids helping kids.

The campaign represents a fun, digital approach to a serious issue and is focused on targeting bystander behaviour in kids. It is called Cure the Bullies - the creative concept being that there is a cyberbullying epidemic that has hit our shores, and if you (kids) have been online or on your mobile phones, chances are you may have been exposed to one of the 6 "bullies viruses".

So kids are directed to a website that allows them to take a "health check", which is an interactive, self-discovery tool/quiz that is about getting kids more aware of their behaviours and then pledging to adopt values of kindness and compassion. All of this is done through a fun, kid friendly creative concept they love and our testing tells us it will be well received and engaging for kids. The concept was develop in consultation with kids, for kids.
