Visiting Speaker: Bill Lucas - New Ideas about Intelligence and Learning

ACER Institute, Tender Bridge, WA Professional Learning and the NSW Secondary Principals' Council are bringing Bill Lucas from the UK to Australia in October 2011. Bill is the Co-Director of the Centre for Real-World Learning at the University of Winchester.  Bill will be sharing new thinking about intelligence and learning; new ideas for resourcing new thinking in schools and colleges.

Bill is a truly inspirational speaker. I know that when he was recently in Dubai, he spoke to an audience of more than a thousand parents from independent schools to huge applause. Christine Cawsey (President, NSW Secondary Principals' Council) also engaged Bill to do a virtual keynote at their recent annual conference in June. Again, I know that his presentation was very, very well received by the principals. I had the pleasure of working with Bill in the UK, and he is a knock-out thinker and communicator.
