Next month the children’s reading app Kindergo will launch The Power Up Reading Competition, ideal for children aged 2 to 7 years old. All early learning centres and primary schools across Australia are invited to participate.
The Power Up Competition is an exciting and interactive platform teachers and parents can use to introduce digital learning to children and to foster a love of reading. The app has the ability to track reading hours inside and outside of school with an online leader board viewable to all competing schools.
The schools or early learning centres that clock the highest number of reading hours during November will be eligible to win a cash prize of $1000, $500 or $250.
The app also includes a parent portal so parents and teachers can have an insight on a child’s reading habits, view their favourite books and see their progression throughout the app.
